Shipping & Delivery Policy
Order processing
Orders are confirmed by our team over phone or WhatsApp before dispatch. Once confirmed, your parcel is packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 working days.
Delivery time
Standard delivery across Pakistan takes 4–7 working days from the date your order is confirmed. Remote areas, public holidays, sale periods and courier backlogs can add a few extra days. If your parcel is running late, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase the courier on your behalf.
Delivery charges
A flat delivery fee of ₨ 200 applies to all orders. Delivery is free on orders above ₨ 5,000. Charges are shown at checkout before you place the order.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available nationwide. Please keep the exact amount ready and inspect the outer packaging before paying the rider. Repeatedly refused COD parcels may result in prepayment being required for future orders.
Tracking
A tracking number is shared with you as soon as the parcel is booked. You can also check your order status any time from the order confirmation link sent to you.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address or an unreachable number can be re-dispatched once the delivery charges are paid again.
