1. About these terms
By browsing marketwaly.com or placing an order with Market Waly, you agree to the terms below. We may update them from time to time; the version published on this page applies to your order.
2. Products
All items are unstitched fabric sold as three-piece suits (shirt, dupatta and trouser fabric) unless stated otherwise. Product photos are shot as styling references — stitched looks shown are for inspiration only and are not included. Slight variation in colour, shade and print placement is inherent to printed fabric and is not considered a defect.
3. Orders & stock
Most designs are stocked in very limited quantity, often a single piece. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance — if an item sells out or a pricing error occurs, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund. We may decline or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or abusive.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept cash on delivery, card, JazzCash, Easypaisa and bank transfer. Prepaid orders are dispatched only after payment is confirmed.
5. Delivery
Delivery typically takes 4–7 working days across Pakistan. Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays and other factors outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
6. Returns & refunds
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are verified by our team before approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days to the account details you provide. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Your information
We collect only the details needed to process and deliver your order — name, phone number, address, email and, for refunds, your account details. We do not sell your information. Payment details entered on a payment gateway are handled by that provider, not stored by us.
8. Reviews & content
Product reviews are published only from verified, delivered orders and are moderated before appearing on the site. All photography, text and branding on this site belongs to Market Waly and may not be reused without permission.
9. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from stitching, alteration or washing carried out after delivery.
